We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Sr. Analyst

What is the purpose of the role?

The Partnerships & Alliances Analyst supports different innitiatives and procecess in line with El Callao’s growth strategy. El Callao is focused on identifying, developing, and operating strategic partnerships to increase value delivered to clients. In this role, you have the chance to demonstrate an innovative and hands-on approach, to help build the processes, tools and reports that will support the Partnerships & Alliances management capability . The Partnerships & Alliances Lea will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners to drive partner-influenced sales and revenue, mindshare with both the partner and El Callao, and drive market share for El Callao. In addition to establishing significant and productive relationships within the partner organization, you lead executive cross-functional activities to assist in developing, marketing, and selling differentiated solutions. 

What are the main responsibilities of the role?

  • Design, organize and manage data bases, processes and tools related to Partner Management, to create a robust Partner Management Capability

  • Build KPI's and both recurrent and ad-hoc reports, identifying the right data sources and advocating for consistency, to provide the information required to make informed decissions.

  • Market research and intelligence (industry trends in different marketplaces, key players, partner hunting and prequalification, To provide the information required to understand market dynamics, as well as relevant insights to support El Callao´s partner strategy definitions, to help, learn, collaborate and aquire a 360° view of the business.

  • Support the Partners & Alliances team with different needs such as creating presentations, sharing information with partners and with other areas in El Callao (such as Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales, Legal, etc.), assist in the delivery of discovery and design workshops with partners.


Requisitos

Role Requirements

  • +2/3 years experience in
    Experience in Partner Management Analyst roles, or in comparable senior analyst roles in areas such as commercial excellence, market intelligence, strategic sourcing or supplier relationship managment.
  • Microsoft Office or comparable office suites. Visio or comparable process design tools and analytics tools are considered a plus.
  • Graduated in Business or related fields.
  • English level: bilingual
  • Required exclusive competencies: data handling, analysis, and report building. Process design. Storytelling. Agile learning. Communication, Negotiation, Business Development.
